Shri Rohith Spinners, established in 1998, has evolved from a modest 8-frame setup to a cutting-edge facility housing 35,000 spindles today. Rooted in a four-generation legacy of excellence, our vision is to be a global leader in yarn manufacturing, ensuring quality, innovation, and sustainability at every step.

Foundation Phase (1998-1999)

  • Set up core spinning infrastructure: Blowroom (Trützschler), Carding (C1/3), Draw Frames (DO2S, DO6), Simplex (LF1400A), Ring Frames (LR G5/1), and Cone Winders (RJK).

Early Expansion (2000–2003)

  • Enhanced Carding with LC300A units and added new Trützschler Lap Feed.
  • Expanded Doubling (Textool), Simplex, Ring Frame (LR6S), and Cone Winding capacity.

Advanced Processing (2004–2007)

  • Upgraded Draw Frames (RSV851), Ring Frames (LR6S), and Cheese Winding.
  • Added 1 more Simplex (LF1400A) and boosted Doubling to 18 machines.

Major Expansion (2011–2014)

  • Setup Chute Line Blowroom and TC5 Carding.
  • Added Rieter & RSB-851 Draw Frames, more Simplex units, and a mix of Autoconers (Savio + Muratec).

Modernization Phase (2015–2018)

  • Installed TC10 Carding, Draw Frames (Rieter, RSB D22), and new Ring Frames (LR9AS, KTTM).
  • Replaced testing instruments, added 1 Simplex and 5 Schlafhorst Autoconers.

Technology Upgrade (2019–2021)

  • Blendomat installed and TC10 Carding expanded.
  • Added Ring Frame (LR9AS), 2 TFO (Savio Cosmos), Cheese Winder (RESHMI), and 3 Autoconers.
  • Setup Roving Stop Motion across all Ring Frames.

Automation & Sustainability (2022–2025)

  • Installed FDS Blow Room Line, TC10 + TC15 Carding, Trützschler Draw Frame, and Simplex 4280SX.
  • Added 1 more TFO (Savio Cosmos), Autoconers (Muratec, Schlafhorst), and full Bobbin Transport System.
  • Aquired BIS Certification.
